【摘要】 目的观察对癫痫患者实施心理行为干预对其自尊心与病耻感的影响。方法选择2018年2月—2019年4月在本院进行治疗的癫痫患者54例作为研究对象,依照掷硬币方式(正面与反面分别纳入到一组,当一组患者人数达到总患者数量一半时,其余患者纳入到另一组中)将所有患者均分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各27例。对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组实施心理行为干预。对比两组患者护理前与护理后的病耻感、不良情绪与自尊心情况。结果与护理前比较,两组患者护理后的病耻感评分与两项不良情绪评分更低,且实验组要低于对照组;对比护理前,两组患者护理后的自尊心评分更高,且实验组要高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫患者使用心理行为干预具有理想效果,可使患者的病耻感与不良情绪得到改善,自尊心得到提高,使患者可以更加积极的配合治疗工作,进而提高治疗效果,应广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of psychological behavior intervention on the self-esteem and stigma of patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 54 patients with epilepsy those who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the results of craps( the front side and the back side of the coin represented control group and experimental group respectively,all the patients include in the other group if one of the groups had enough cases during the toss of coin),27 cases in each group,patients in control group received routine nursing intervention and patients in experimental group received psychological behavior intervention. The stigma,bad mood and self-esteem of the two groups of patients before and after care intervention were compared.Results Compared with the condition before treatment,the two groups of patients had lower scores of stigma and lower scores of the two bad sentiments after nursing,and those of experimental group were lower than the control group.The self-esteem scores of the two groups were higher after the nursing,and t the experimental group was higher than the control group. The differences above were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The use of psychological behavior intervention in patients with epilepsy has an ideal effect,which could improve the patient’s stigma and bad mood,improve self-esteem,and enable patients to more actively cooperate with the treatment,and thus improve the treatment effect,which should be widely promoted.更多还原
