【摘要】 目的评价腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH-α)治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选择2017年2月—2018年12月本院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者126例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(64例)和对照组(62例)两组,均接受常规腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组同时给予GnRH-α治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛、性激素水平变化情况及临床疗效。结果经治疗后,两组患者性交痛、痛经、盆腔疼痛及E2、FSH、LH水平均较治疗前有了明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组性交痛、痛经、盆腔疼痛及E2、FSH、LH水平改善程度更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,且复发率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合GnRH-α能明显改善患者临床症状和性激素水平、提高临床疗效,且降低术后复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropinreleasing hormone alpha( GnRH-α) in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 126 cases of patients with endometriosis who admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group( n = 64) and control group( n = 62),all the patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery,the patients in the observation groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α. The pain,sex hormone levels before and after treatment and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the coital pain,dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain and the levels of E2,FSH,and LH were significantly better than those before treatment( P < 0.05). The improvement of coital pain,dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain and the levels of E2,FSH,and LH in the observation were significantly better than those in the control group( P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation was significantly better than that of the control group( P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower( P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α could substantially improve the clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels and clinical efficacy for patients with endometriosis,and could reduce the recurrence rate.更多还原
