【摘要】 目的调查分析不同顺滑度的钝针在扣眼式穿刺中的应用效果和评价。方法选择2018年1—3月在本院采用扣眼式穿刺方法行维持性血液透析患者64例作为研究对象,根据不同时间使用不同钝针分为A、B、C三个品牌组进行比较。结果 A品牌钝针组患者疼痛评分最低,B品牌钝针组患者疼痛评分最高,且三组之间患者疼痛评分均存在显著差异(P=0.00); A品牌钝针组护士穿刺顺利程度评分高于C品牌钝针组和B品牌钝针组,A品牌钝针组与B品牌钝针组和C品牌钝针组之间均存在显著差异(P=0.00),B品牌钝针组与C品牌钝针组之间无显著差异(P=0. 14);三组患者穿刺失败次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而出现静脉压高、血流不足和多隧道现象比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘扣眼式穿刺中,顺滑度较好的钝针穿刺顺利,患者疼痛度轻,应选用顺滑度较好的钝针穿刺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the application effects of three kinds of blunt needle,of different smooth degree,applied in buttonhole puncture and its evaluation.Methods Sixty four patients those who received maintenance hemodialysis by using a buttonhole puncture method,in our hospital during January and March2018,were selected as study subjects.They were included in three groups of A,B,and C,according to the types of blunt needle.Results The patients in brand A group had the lowest pain score and the brand B group had the highest pain score,and there were significant differences in pain scores among the three groups( P = 0.00).Degree of smooth puncture of brand A group was higher than that of brand B group and brand C group,the differences between brand A group and brand B group and brand C group were statistically significant( P = 0.00).However,the difference between brand B group and brand C group was not statistically significant( P = 0.14).There were no differences in the number of puncture failures among the three groups( P>0.05),however,there were significant differences in high venous pressure,blood flow insufficiency and multiple tunneling phenomena( P < 0. 05). Conclusions In the buttonhole puncture for patients received maintenance hemodialysis,the puncture going smoothly when the needle with well smooth degree,the patients suffering slight pain,therefore needle with well smooth degree should be selected.更多还原
