【摘要】 目的探讨在数字减影机监测下肾筋膜扩张器沿安全导丝进行尿道扩张治疗男性尿道狭窄的临床疗效。方法尿道狭窄患者治疗前先在数字减影机下行尿道造影,依据造影结果,在数字减影机监视下置入斑马导丝通过狭窄处进入膀胱,沿留置的导丝置入筋膜扩张器逐步扩张尿道。患者成功扩张后留置适当型号的Foley导管,1个月后取出尿管观察排尿。根据排尿情况,门诊定期行尿道扩张、复查尿道造影。术后随访1～24个月。结果 15例尿道狭窄患者均顺利扩张,无尿道穿孔、撕裂及假性尿道形成等并发症。其中13例术后经常规尿道扩张治愈,2例因尿道狭窄复发转开放手术。结论在数字减影机的监视下,采用筋膜扩张器沿导丝行尿道扩张术治疗尿道狭窄方法简单、安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of dilatation for the treatment of male urethral stricture by renal fascia expander along the safe guide wire under the digital subtract angiography.Methods After transurethral angiography of patients with urethral stricture,the zebra guide wire was placed into the bladder through the narrow place under the surveillance of the digital subtraction machine. Along the retained zebra guide wire,the fascia expander was inserted to dilate the urethra. After the successful operation,the appropriate type of Foley catheter was retained for 1 month,and urination was observed after removal. The urethral dilatation and reexamination were performed regularly in outpatient clinics. All the patients were followed up for 1 to 24 months.Results The operation was successfully performed in all the 15 cases,with no urethral false passage,urethral perforation or urethra tearing. Of these,13 cases were cured by regular urethral dilatation,and the remaining 2 cases were converted to open surgery due to urethral stricture recurrence.Conclusions It is safe and effective to treat urethral stricture with fascia expander under the digital subtract machine for urethral dilatation.更多还原
