【摘要】 地方高校在科教兴国、兴省战略中发挥着生力军作用。为全面掌握当前支持地方高校科技创新的支持政策及其存在的问题,本文梳理了近年来地方出台的支持高校科技创新的政策文本,指出了当前地方本科院校科技创新支持政策的主要特征及其存在的主要问题,并提出了政策建议,以期为各级政府制定高校科技创新发展政策提供决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Local colleges and universities play a new role in the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.
