沿海电厂露天钢架构涂层大气腐蚀失效分析
Failure analysis of atmospheric corrosion of Outside Steel coatings in coastal power plants
【摘要】 对福建可门电厂涂层腐蚀情况进行了现场考察,测试了现役涂层的厚度、光泽,分析了涂层存在的缺陷。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对钢管涂层进行了结构分析,采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对涂层进行了耐腐蚀性能表征,对钢管涂层表面、截面进行了形貌分析,讨论了涂层的失效过程和失效机理。结果表明:沿海特殊的大气环境下,腐蚀介质吸附并渗透涂层到达其与金属界面处形成电化学腐蚀电池,导致涂层起泡,开裂和脱落。涂层表面或内部的微观缺陷对于腐蚀介质在涂层内部的传输起到重要作用,腐蚀介质在涂层中的扩散机理是决定涂层失效过程的主要机制。
【Abstract】 The corrosion of coating in Fujian Kemen Power Plant was investigated, and the thickness, gloss and defects of the coating in service were summarized.The structure of the coating was analyzed by FT-IR, the corrosion resistance of the coating was characterized by EIS, the surface and section of the coating were analyzed, and the failure process and failure mechanism of the coating were discussed.The results show that the corrosion medium adsorbs and penetrates the coating to form electrochemical corrosion battery at the interface between the coating and the metal under the special atmospheric environment along the coast, which results in the foaming, cracking and shedding of the coating. The micro-defects on the surface or inside of the coating play an important role in the transmission of corrosion medium inside the coating. The diffusion mechanism is the main mechanism that determines the failure process of the coating.
