16Mn钢在液态CO2中的腐蚀规律研究
Study on Corrosion Rules of 16Mn Steel in Liquid CO2
【摘要】 利用电化学工作站和低温高压釜系统对16Mn钢在液态二氧化碳条件下的腐蚀行为进行研究,分析了16Mn钢在液态CO2下浸泡168h后的腐蚀规律,随压力升高、温度降低,腐蚀程度均呈现加重的趋势,抗拉强度变化不大,而屈服强度则显著增大,材料发生脆性断裂的趋势增大;H2S会大大加重16Mn钢的腐蚀程度,N2、O2存在的情况下腐蚀相对较轻。
【Abstract】 Using electrochemical workstation and low temperature autoclave systems of 16 Mn steel under the condition of liquid carbon dioxide corrosion behavior of the study, analysis of the 16 Mn steel under liquid CO2 corrosion law of soaked after 168 h, with the decreasing pressure, temperature, tend to increase the corrosion degree and the tensile strength changed little, while the yield strength significantly increased, materials occurs brittle fracture trend increase; H2S will greatly aggravate the corrosion degree of 16 Mn steel, which is relatively mild in the presence of N2 and O2.
