【摘要】 目的:分析住院患者跌倒事件发生的原因、特点和分布特征,探讨患者跌倒伤害程度的影响因素,为医院改进跌倒不良事件预防和处置流程提供建议。方法:统计济南市2所三级甲等医院2017年1月1日～2018年12月31日上报的跌倒事件,分析跌倒事件发生的科室、患者性别、年龄、日常生活活动能力分值(ADL)、跌倒风险评估量表(Morse)评分、跌倒时间、跌倒地点、跌倒时的活动内容、跌倒所致的伤害程度等。结果:64例发生跌倒的患者中,单因素分析结果显示,年龄、Morse评分、护理级别等均与住院患者跌倒伤害程度有关(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,跌倒伤害程度与年龄和护理级别独立相关。结论:年龄和护理级别可预测跌倒伤害程度,临床护理人员应注意对高龄和二级护理患者的跌倒预防干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the causes,characteristics and distribution characteristics of falls in hospitalized patients,and to explore the influencing factors of fall injury degree in patients,so as to provide suggestions for hospitals to improve the existing prevention and treatment process of falls adverse events.Methods:A total of 64 fall cases reported from 2 third-Grade Class-A hospitals in Jinan from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018 were analyzed including departments of fall events,patient gender,age,activities of daily life score(ADL),Morse score,fall time,place,the activity of falling and the degree of damage caused by fall.Results:Among the 64 cases of patients with falls,the single-factor analysis results showed that age,Morse evaluation score and nursing grade were all related to the injury degree of falls in hospitalized patients(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of fall injury was independently correlated with age and nursing level.Conclusion:Age and nursing level can predict the degree of falls injury.Clinical nurses should pay attention to fall prevention intervention for the elderly and the patients of secondary nursing level.更多还原
