【摘要】 目的:探讨加速康复外科理念在椎管内肿瘤患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:将80例椎管内肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予加速康复外科护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后1、3、5 d焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后24、48、72 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后首次下床活动时间、术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科理念在椎管内肿瘤患者围术期护理中的应用效果较好,可有效缓解患者抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪,减轻疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,加速康复进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with intraspinal tumors.Methods:A total of 80 patients with intraspinal tumors were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given enhanced recovery after surgery based on the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1,3,5 days after operation(P<0.05).VAS scores at 24,48 and 72 hours after operation were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the time of first postoperative activity and postoperative hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with intraspinal tumors has a good effect.It can effectively relieve patients′ depression,anxiety and other adverse emotions,reduce pain,decrease the incidence of postoperative complications,and accelerate the rehabilitation process.更多还原
