【摘要】 目的:了解妇科恶性肿瘤患者对植入式静脉输液港(TIVAP)的选择态度及使用体验,以便于为患者提供更适宜的静脉输液装置。方法:对16例使用TIVAP的妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行个人深度访谈,采用现象学分析法分析资料并进行整理。结果:总结出妇科恶性肿患者选择TIVAP时比较关注的五大主题:生活方便程度;美观、保护患者隐私;用药安全;维护周期长、使用寿命长;医护人员意见和建议的重要性。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤患者选择和使用TIVAP整体体验良好,患者的满意度好,但基层维护相对不健全,费用相对较高,作为医护人员应不断加强对患者的教育和指导,为患者提供更适宜的输液装置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the selection attitude and use experience of TIVAP in patients with gynecological malignant tumor,so as to provide more suitable intravenous infusion devices for patients. Methods:A total of 16 cases of gynecological malignant tumor patients with TIVAP were interviewed in depth,and the data were analyzed and collated by phenomenological analysis method. Results:The five major themes that patients with gynecological malignant tumor pay close attention to when choosing TIVAP were summarized. They were living convenience,good appearance,privacy,medication safety,long maintenance cycle,long service life,and the importance of comments and suggestions from health workers. Conclusion:Patients with gynecological malignant tumor have a good overall experience in choosing and using TIVAP,and the satisfaction of patients is good. However,the basic maintenance is relatively poor and the cost is relatively high. As medical staff,they should constantly strengthen the education and guidance of patients and provide more suitable infusion devices for patients.更多还原
