【摘要】 目的:探讨基于微信公众平台的院外延续护理在骨盆骨折术后患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将80例骨盆骨折术后患者按出院顺序分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采取常规流程进行出院指导和随访,观察组在此基础上实施基于微信平台的院外延续护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组出院后6个月改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分高于出院时(P<0.05),观察组出院后6个月MBI评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),出院后新发并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信公众平台的院外延续护理具有方便、快捷等优点,有利于骨盆骨折患者术后康复、减少并发症,提高延续护理的质量及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application method and effect of WeChat public platform used on extended nursing in patients with pelvic fractures after surgery.Methods:A total of 80 cases of pelvic fracture patients after surgery were divided into observation group and control group according to the discharge order of 40 cases each.The routine process of discharge guidance and follow-up was applied for the control group,and the observation group used WeChat platform-based hospital continuation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The MBI score at 6 months after discharge was higher than that at discharge(P<0.05).The MBI score of the observation group 6 months after discharge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of new complications after discharge was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The WeChat public platform has the advantages of convenience and rapidity,which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients with pelvic fractures,reducing complications,and improving the quality and satisfaction of continuous care.更多还原
