【摘要】 目的:探讨阶段性健康教育联合憋尿指导对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者的影响。方法:将152例IVF-ET患者随机分为对照组和干预组各76例,对照组给予常规护理措施,干预组在常规护理基础上给予阶段性健康教育和憋尿指导。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分,睡眠状况,妊娠成功率,膀胱充盈度及憋尿不适情况发生率。结果:干预组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、睡眠状况得分均低于对照组(P <0. 05);干预组膀胱充盈度高于对照组,憋尿不适情况发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者妊娠成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:阶段性健康教育联合憋尿指导可改善患者治疗过程中的心理状态和睡眠状况,减少患者不良体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the effect of staged health education combined with urinary toleration guidance on patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer( IVF-ET) patients. Methods: A total of 152 IVF-ET patients were randomly divided into control group( n = 76) and intervention group( n = 76). The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the intervention group was given periodic health education and urine holding guidance on the basis of routine nursing. Anxiety and depression scores,sleep status,pregnancy success rate,bladder fullness and the incidence of discomfort with holding urine were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups. Results: The scores of anxiety,depression and sleep status in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The degree of bladder filling in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of discomfort in holding urine was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in pregnancy success rate between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of staged health education and urinary toleration guidance can improve the patients’ psychological state and sleep status during the treatment and reduce their adverse experience.更多还原
