【摘要】 目的比较全腔镜肺叶切除术、单操作孔肺叶切除术治疗周围型肺癌的不同效果。方法选择南通市第二人民医院2016年2月—2019年2月中的56例周围型肺癌患者进行研究,根据患者手术方式不同分为2组,一组29例患者接受全腔镜肺叶切除术,一组27例患者接受单操作孔肺叶切除术治疗,相应视作对照组、观察组,比较两组手术治疗效果。结果观察组手术用时、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数、并发症发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后引流总量、首次下床时间、拔管时间、住院时间、术后疼痛VAS评分均与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全腔镜肺叶切除术、单操作孔肺叶切除术治疗周围型肺癌均有一定效果,相比之下后者能够简便操作,减小创伤,加快恢复,更值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the different effects of total laparoscopic lobectomy and single-port lobectomy in the treatment of peripheral lung cancer. Methods 56 cases from February 2016 to February 2019 with peripheral lung cancer was divided into two groups according to the different surgical procedure, one group of 29 patients underwent total lung resection cavity mirror, a group of 27 patients were treated with single hole lung resection operation, corresponding as control group and observation group, two groups of the surgical treatment effect were compared. Results There were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node dissection and complication rate(P>0.05). Total postoperative drainage, first time out of bed, extubation time, hospitalization time and postoperative pain VAS score in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Total laparoscopic lobectomy and single-hole lobectomy have certain effects in the treatment of peripheral lung cancer, while the latter is more worthy of clinical promotion for its simple operation, less trauma and faster recovery.更多还原
