产前超声诊断426例单胎畸形的效果分析研究
426 Cases of Single Fetal Malformation Diagnosed by Prenatal Ultrasound
【摘要】 目的研究产前超声检查在诊断胎儿畸形中的应用价值,了解先天畸形的发生情况。方法收集2012年7月—2017年12月在右江民族医学院附属医院产前超声检查提示为单胎畸形并经引产或分娩后证实的孕妇426例的临床资料,回顾性分析先天畸形情况。结果 426例单胎畸形中,排名前五位的畸形依次为:循环系统〔91例(21.5%)〕、颜面部〔81例(19.0%)〕、神经系统〔67例(15.7%)〕、非免疫性水肿〔67例(15.7%)〕、多发畸形〔40例(9.4%)〕。426例胎儿畸形中,75例(17.6%)于早期产前超声检查发现;271例(63.6%)于中期产前超声检查发现;60例(18.8%)于晚期超声检查发现。结论产前超声是先天畸形筛查的首选方法,且需要动态的观察过程。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation, and to understand the occurrence of congenital malformation in this region. Methods 426 cases with single fetal malformation who were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound examination from July 2012 to December 2017 in Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities were retrospectively analyzed, all the malformation were proved after inducing labor or childbirth. Results The top five prenatal ultrasound deformities were circulatory system〔91 cases(21.5%)〕, facial deformities〔81 cases(19.0%)〕, nervous system〔67 cases(15.7%)〕, non-immune edema〔67 cases(15.7%)〕, and multiple deformities〔40 cases(9.4%)〕. Among the 426 fetal malformations, 75 cases(17.6%)were detected by early prenatal ultrasound, 271 cases(63.6%)were detected by mid-term prenatal ultrasound, 60 cases(18.8%)were detected by advanced ultrasonography. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound is the preferred screening method for fetal malformation and requires dynamic observation.
