【Abstract】 Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a degenerative disease of the nervous system.Its pathogenesis is not clear and there is no effective treatment.Cholesterol is a main component of the cell membrane,which is vital to the maintenance of the normal function of the cell.The brain is the most cholesterol-rich organ in human body.In recent years,the studies of abnormal brain cholesterol metabolism and neurodegenerative diseases are increasing.This article elaborates the relationship between cholesterol metabolism and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.更多还原
