【摘要】 目的分析解毒消瘿汤对甲状腺癌术后¹³¹I清甲治疗患者血清炎症因子水平及免疫功能的影响。方法选择甲状腺癌术后¹³¹I清甲治疗的患者75例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组44例、对照组41例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予解毒消瘿汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分变化、血清炎症因子水平、甲状腺功能以及免疫功能变化。结果治疗后观察组和对照组患者甲状腺肿、甲状腺痛、畏寒以及发热症状评分较治疗前明显改善,血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）以及C反应蛋白（CRP）水平均较治疗前明显降低,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）水平较治疗前明显降低,促甲状腺激素（TSH）较治疗前明显升高,CD³⁺、CD⁴⁺、CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺水平均较治疗前明显升高（t分别=15.28、13.40、14.64、13.42、30.03、32.18、27.94、12.16、9.68、21.57、6.27、5.33、3.18;8.53、8.31、7.28、6.56、20.59、22.43、15.48、7.52、4.80、13.39、4.33、2.12、2.07,P均<0.05）。且治疗后观察组患者临床症状评分优于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、CRP、FT3、FT4水平明显低于对照组,TSH、CD³⁺、CD⁴⁺、CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺水平明显高于对照组（t分别=4.02、4.75、5.94、5.80、9.24、8.47、17.18、3.54、5.72、8.27、3.49、4.17、2.19,P均<0.05）。结论解毒消瘿汤可有效改善甲状腺癌术后¹³¹I清甲治疗患者临床症状及甲状腺功能,降低患者局部炎症反应,提高患者免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaolongsanjie decoction on serum inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with after¹³¹I armour-clearing therapy thyroid cancer surgery. Methods Totally 75 patients with ¹³¹I armour-clearing therapy after thyroid cancer were randomly divided into observation group（44 cases）and control group（41 cases）.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jiedu Xiaoying decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of clinical symptom score,serum inflammatory factors,thyroid function and immune function were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the goiter,thyroid pain,chills and fever symptoms in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,FT3,and FT4 were significantly decreased,and the TSH,CD³⁺,CD⁴⁺,CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺were significantly increased（t=15.28,13.40,14.64,13.42,30.03,32.18,27.94,12.16,9.68,21.57,6.27,5.33,3.18;8.53,8.31,7.28,6.56,20.59,22.43,15.48,7.52,4.80,13.39,4.33,2.12,2.07,P<0.05）.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（t=4.02,4.75,5.94,5.80,P<0.05）.After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,FT3,and FT4 of the observation group were significantly decreased,and the TSH,CD³⁺,CD⁴⁺,CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺were significantly increased compared to the control group（t=9.24,8.47,17.18,3.54,5.72,8.27,3.49,4.17,2.19,P<0.05）. Conclusion Jiedu Xiaoying decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and thyroid function of patients with after¹³¹I armour clearance therapy thyroid cancer surgery,reduce local inflammatory reaction and improve the immune function.更多还原
