【摘要】 目的探讨改良单侧唇裂整复术对上唇及鼻畸形的改善并与Millard法的术后效果进行比较。方法 75例单侧唇裂患者用改良单侧唇裂修复术进行手术,同期65例单侧唇裂患者行Millard法,术后平均复诊时间6.1年。采用VLS分类评价于两种单侧唇裂修复术后唇部外观及鼻畸形的情况。统计分析使用SAS软件处理。结果改良单侧唇裂修复术组及Millard法组术后唇红部畸形、上唇疤痕方面无统计学差异,但Millard法组术后有38.5%(25/65)出现人中破坏,与改良单侧唇裂修复术组有统计学差异。运用改良单侧唇裂修复术后患者的鼻小柱畸形能够得到明显改善,与Millard法显著差异。结论改良单侧唇裂整复术在鼻小柱畸形矫治上明显优于Millard法而且极少出现术中人中破坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the improvement of upper lip and nasal deformity by modified unilateral cleft lip reconstruction and compare the postoperative effect with Millard method.Methods 75 patients with unilateral cleft lip were operated with benign repair of unilateral cleft lip, 65 patients with unilateral cleft lip underwent Millard method in the same period, and the average postoperative follow-up time was 6.1 years. VLS classification was used to evaluate the appearance of lips and nasal deformity after repair of two kinds of unilateral cleft lip. Statistical analysis was performed with SAS software.Results There were no statistically significant differences in postoperative lip red deformity, upper lip scar between the two groups, but 38.5%(25/65) of the patients in the Millard group had trabellosis, which was statistically different from that in the Millard group. The postoperative nasal columella deformity of patients with improved unilateral cleft lip repair can be significantly improved, which is significantly different from that of Millard method. Conclusion Modified unilateral cleft lip surgery is superior to Millard method in the correction of nasal columella deformity and rarely involves intraoperative damage.更多还原
