【摘要】 目的研究不同程度寻常痤疮患者马拉色菌带菌率情况。方法选取2018年1月～6月于我科门诊就诊的寻常痤疮患者285例作为研究对象,取面部皮损分泌物涂片,然后在油镜下直接镜检。结果痤疮患者马拉色菌带菌率较高,中重度痤疮患者马拉色菌带菌率明显高于轻度痤疮患者,马拉色菌带菌率与性别及年龄无明显相关性。结论马拉色菌带菌率与痤疮病情明显相关,临床上应重视马拉色菌的检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the infection rate of Malassezia in acne patients of different degrees.Methods285 patients with acne were collected from January 2018 to June 2018.The facial secretions were smeared and then examined under oil microscopy.Results Acne patients have a high rate of Malassezia infection.Malassezia infection rate were significantly higher in patients with moderate to severe acne than in patients with mild acne.Malassezia infection rate had no significant correlation with sex and age.Conclusion Malassezia infection rate is significantly correlated with acne.Clinical examination of Malassezia should be emphasized.更多还原
