基于网络文本分析的兰州市旅游形象感知研究

【摘要】 旅游形象对游客的出行有着吸引效应,良好的旅游形象有助于旅游目的地旅游产业的发展,旅游形象感知研究对清楚定位旅游目的地的主要吸引物、正确认识旅游目的地的旅游形象有着重要的作用.文章以兰州市为例,通过整理携程旅行网的游记文本,利用ROST Content Mining软件对文本进行词频提取,得到兰州市旅游形象感知高频特征词并进行进一步分析.结果显示,兰州市旅游形象感知整体处于正面感知状态,旅游吸引物主要集中于黄河两岸,并依据黄河为中心向两端分散.通过研究分析可以清楚定位兰州市主要旅游吸引物,全面认识兰州市现有旅游资源的优点与不足,为更好地提升兰州市整体旅游形象的提供理论依据.

【Abstract】 The tourism image has attracted effect on tourist’s travelling,and a good tourism image is helpful to the development of tourism industry in tourism destination,study of tourism image perception plays an important role in clearly locating the main attractions of tourist destination,and correctly understanding the tourism image of tourist destination.This research takes Lanzhou as an example,with the travel notes from Ctrip.com,using the ROST Content Mining software for word frequency extraction,get the tourism image perception high frequency feature word of Lanzhou and its further analysis.The results show that the overall perception of tourism image in Lanzhou is in a positive state,and the attractions of tourism mainly focus on both sides of the Yellow River,and are scattered to both ends according to the Yellow River as the center.Through the research and analysis can clear positioning about the main tourist attractions in Lanzhou,to have a comprehensive understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of existing tourism resources in Lanzhou,to provide references for further improvements of tourism routes and infrastructure constructions and the theoretical basis to enhance the overall image of Lanzhou.
