芹菜连作土壤养分及酶活性变化研究
Effect of Continuous Cropping Years in the Celery on Soil Nutrients and Enzyme Activities
【摘要】 通过对西宁市大堡子镇吧浪村露地芹菜连作土壤采样,测定不同连作年限土壤养分及相关酶活性,结果表明:随着芹菜连作年限的增加,土壤有机质、速效钾含量呈下降趋势,碱解氮、有效磷和有效硼含量增加。转化酶与脲酶及磷酸酶之间达到显著或极显著的正相关性,土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾各因子之间达到了显著相关性。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of continuous cropping years in the celery on soil nutrients,enzyme activities and available boron,some soil samples were sampled in Balang village,Dabuzi town,Xining city,Qinghai Province. The results showed that the content of soil organic matter and available potassium decreased with the increase of celery continuous cropping years,and the contents of alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available boron increased. There was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between invertase and urease and phosphatase,and there was a significant correlation among soil organic matter,alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.
