高强超声波处理对Al-2Si合金凝固组织及除气效果的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了高强超声波处理对Al-2Si合金凝固组织及除气效果的影响(除气的效果用密度法来表征)。研究结果表明:应用超声波处理可达到很好的细化晶粒和除气效果,2000 W超声波处理120 s的细化效果最好,铸锭断面几乎为100%等轴晶;高强超声波处理60 s的除气效果最好,铸锭密度和除气率分别为2. 670 1 g/cm~3和85. 2%。对高强超声波处理的细化晶粒和除气机制进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The effect of high-intensity ultrasonic treatment on solidification structure and degassing effect of Al-2 Si alloy was investigated in the experiment.( The degassing effect was characterized by the density method.) The results indicate the proper refining and degassing effects are obtained by the ultrasonic treatment. The optimum refining effect is obtained by 2000 W for 120 s,and the cross section of ingot shows almost 100% equiaxed grains. The optimum degassing effect is obtained by 2000 W for 60 s,and the density of ingot and degassing efficiency are 2. 670 1 g/cm~3 and 85. 2%,respectively. The refining and degassing mechanism of high-intensity ultrasonic is also discussed.
