我国非连续增强铝基复合材料的研究及应用现状

【摘要】 非连续增强铝基复合材料具有优异的综合性能,在航空航天、汽车、核电等领域具有广泛的应用前景。对我国近年来非连续增强铝基复合材料的基础研究、工程化制备与应用现状进行总结,分析了我国非连续增强铝基复合材料产业在产业链分工、品种规格、应用设计经验、性能数据积累、标准化体系建设方面存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的发展建议。

【Abstract】 Excellent properties and wide application prospects in aerospace,automobile,nuclear power and other fields can be seen in discontinuous reinforced aluminum matrix composites. This paper summarizes the current situation of basic research,engineering fabrication and application of China’ s discontinuous reinforced aluminum matrix composites in recent years. The problems existing in China’s discontinuous reinforced aluminum matrix composites industry are analyzed in the aspects of industrial division,varieties and specifications,application design experience,performance data accumulation and standardization system construction. Relevant suggestions about development are put forward on the basis of analysis.
