【摘要】 采用问卷调查方式对780名大学生法律素质状况调查,并配置随机座谈。有关数据显示:新时代大学生法律信仰坚定,但是法律知识欠缺,法律意识淡薄,践行能力更为薄弱。深入研究大学生法律素质养成的目标、体系和基本原则,拓展法律素质养成的途径,改革课堂教育模式,增加法律教育形式,是新时代进一步提升大学生法律素质的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 A questionnaire survey was conducted and random interviews were arranged to investigate the legal quality of780 college students. The results show that college students in the new era have firm legal beliefs,but lack legal knowledge and awareness,and their ability to practice law is weak. The goal,system and basic principles of university students’ legal quality cultivation are studied and ways to develop their legal quality are discussed. Reforming classroom teaching mode,enriching the forms of legal education are both important methods to further enhance the legal quality of university students in the new era.更多还原
