【摘要】 科技创新能力是国家综合实力最重要的体现。国家重点实验室是我国科技创新体系中至关重要的基石,在攻占科技竞争和未来发展的制高点上发挥着极其重要的作用。目前,在我国国家重点实验室的建设运行工作中还存在一些不足,运行体制和管理思想不完善等问题阻碍了实验室科技创新能力的提升,鉴于此,本文对国家重点实验室的运行方式和机制进行研究分析,希望为今后完善实验室的运行方式和机制提供一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and technological innovation capacity is the most important manifestation of a country ’s comprehensive strength. State key laboratories are crucial cornerstones of China ’s science and technology innovation system and play an important role in pushing our science and technology to a new height. At present, there are still some deficiencies in the construction and operation of China ’s state key laboratories, such as imperfect operation system and inefficient management which are hindering the improvement of the scientific and technological innovation capacity of the laboratory. Therefore, this paper analyzes the operation mode and mechanism of the state key laboratories, hoping to provide some reference for improving the operation mode and mechanism of the laboratories in the future.更多还原
