应用MATLAB与CCD测量牛顿环曲率半径

【摘要】 在牛顿环实验中,为了减轻传统测量方法中人眼的疲劳,提高牛顿环曲率半径的测量精度,可通过在显微镜目镜处加装CCD图像传感器,对传统的牛顿环测量实验进行改进.通过将CCD图像传感器与计算机相连,在ImageView软件中显示并观察牛顿环实验图像.同时,利用MATLAB中的Improfile函数对实验图像进行测量处理,得到牛顿环曲率半径.实验结果表明:该方法具有易于观察、测量精度准确、应用性强等优点,有利于学生学习牛顿环实验.

【Abstract】 In Newton’s ring experiment, in order to reduce the fatigue of human eyes and improve the measurement accuracy of Newton’s ring curvature radius, the traditional Newton’s ring measurement experiment can be improved by installing a CCD image sensor at the eyepiece of a microscope. By connecting the CCD image sensor with a computer, the Newton’s ring experiment image is displayed and observed in ImageView software. At the same time, the Improfile function in MATLAB is used to measure and process the experimental image, and the radius of curvature of Newton’s ring is obtained. The experimental result shows that the method has the advantages of easy observation, accurate measurement and strong applicability, which is beneficial for students to learn Newton’s ring experiment.
