基于Kinetis K60的冰箱制冷系统设计
Design of Refrigeration Refrigerator System Based on Kinetis K60
【摘要】 以冰箱制冷系统设计为研究目标进行系统硬件电路及温度控制系统设计.硬件系统包含Kinetis K60模块、DS18B20数字温度传感器模块、继电器模块、OLED液晶屏显示模块、出口级HT064189类半导体制冷片及电源等,软件包含不同控制子程序.控制系统可以实现温度设定、温度显示、开关制冷模式、温度处理等功能,其中温度处理主要是采用最小二乘法原理对采集到的温度进行线性拟合.该系统也可应用于车载冰箱、饮水机、恒温箱等电子系统设计中.
【Abstract】 With the design of refrigerator cooling system as the research target, this paper is devoted to a design of the hardware circuit and temperature control system. The hardware system contains Kinetis K60 module, DS18 B20 digital temperature sensor module, relay module, OLED LCD screen module, HT064189 semiconductor cryogenic chip at Out Stage and power supply, etc. The software is composed of different control subroutines. The control system can perform functions like temperature setting,temperature display,switching cooling mode, temperature processing, etc. The least square method is used for the linear fitting of the collected temperature with respect to the temperature processing. The system can also be applied to the design of electronic systems such as car refrigerators, water dispensers, and incubators.
