典型燃煤火力发电厂脱硫废水预处理优化

【摘要】 为了提高南方某燃煤火力发电厂脱硫废水预处理效率,采用控制变量法对化学沉淀法处理脱硫废水的药剂投加量进行优化试验.实验结果表明,每升脱硫废水投加石灰乳90mL、有机硫0.6mL、硫酸氯化铁(聚合)0.9mL、助凝剂(PAM)6mL、次氯酸钠0.4mL是该工艺运行最佳的投加量.在所得到的最佳药剂投加量条件下,脱硫废水的出水COD浓度为95.6mg/L,COD去除率为77.2%,相比原先未优化投加量的COD去除率提升16.1%.经化学沉淀法预处理的脱硫废水出水浊度保持3-7,具有较好的效果.该研究表明药剂投加量的优化化学沉淀处理脱硫废水是一种高效、快速的预处理手段,为脱硫废水的排放和回用奠定了基础.

【Abstract】 To improve the efficiency of desulfurization wastewater pretreatment in a coal-fired thermal power plant in South China,variable-controlling approach was conducted during the chemical precipitation method for the optimization test.The results showed that the optimization dosage of Ca(OH)2,organic sulfur,FeClSO4,coagulant(PAM)and NaClO were 90,0.6,0.9,6 and 0.4 mL for 1 Ldesulfurization wastewater,respectively.Under the optimization dosage,the effluent of COD concentration of desulfurization wastewater was 95.6 mg/L,and the COD removal efficiency was 77.2%,which was improved 16.1% compared with the original treatment.The effluent of turbidity of desulfurization wastewater was 3-7,which was of better effect.This research showed that the optimization of medicaments for the chemical precipitation method was a kind of efficient and fast preprocessing method,which provided basis for the discharge and reuse of desulfurization wastewater treatment.
