醒脑静注射液联合脑蛋白水解物对脑梗死患者FMD变化、血流动力学及预后的影响

【摘要】 目的探究醒脑静注射液联合脑蛋白水解物对脑梗死患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(Flow-mediated dilation,FMD)水平、血流动力学及预后的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月于本院接受治疗的脑梗死患者110例,随机分为两组各55例。对照组采用脑蛋白水解物治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组给予醒脑静注射液治疗。对比两组治疗效果、FMD水平、血液动力学指标水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率较高,血液流变学各项指标水平均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3d、7d、14d后,与对照组相比,观察组FMD水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液与脑蛋白水解物联合治疗,有助于改善脑梗死患者FMD及血液动力学指标水平,提高治疗有效率,改善患者预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate on endothelium-dependent flow-mediated dilation(FMD), hemodynamics and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. Control group was given cerebroprotein hydrolysate, and observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection based on control group. The curative effects, FMD, indexes of hemodynamics were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the total effective rate of observation group was higher, and the levels of indexes of hemodynamics in observation group were lower(P<0.05); After treatment of 3 d, 7 d and 14 d, the levels of FMD in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction can improve FMD and indexes of hemodynamicss, increase curative effective rate, and promote the prognosis.
