【摘要】 为调查我国大学生创业者积极心理资本情况,选取11个省市的84名大学生创业者和8所高校的342名在校大学生,采用"积极心理资本量表(PPQ)"进行问卷调查。结果显示:大学生创业者积极心理资本整体状况良好,且优于在校大学生,差异显著;性别、学历、创业培训、创业次数是影响大学生创业者积极心理资本的影响因素,其中创业次数与之呈负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the positive psychological capital of college entrepreneurs in China,84 college entrepreneurs from 11 provinces and municipalities and 342 college students from 8 universities were surveyed by the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ).The results show that the overall situation of positive psychological capital of college entrepreneurs is good,and better than that of college students,with significant differences.Gender,educational background,entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurship times are the factors affecting the positive psychological capital of college entrepreneurs,which are negatively correlated with the number of entrepreneurship.更多还原
