激光诱导击穿光谱和激光超声技术在钢轨检测中的应用

【摘要】 激光诱导击穿光谱技术快速、多元素测量,成为物质成分分析的理想手段和方法;激光超声技术是检测夹杂物和缺陷的新兴热门技术。本文将两者相结合,搭建了集两种技术于一体的实验系统,利用激光激励的光谱信号绘制了光谱图并分析了钢轨化学成分和残留元素;同时利用激励出的超声信号绘制了时频图并计算得到了钢轨人工缺陷的位置信息。两种技术在信息探测上实现了互补,集成的系统完全非接触检测,为钢轨微观与宏观的健康监测提供了理想的检测方法。

【Abstract】 Excellent advantages of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technology(LIBS), such as the multi-element detection and no need of any sample pretreatment, make it an ideal mean and method for material composition analysis;and laser ultrasonic(LU) has become a new popular technology to detect inclusions and defects inside the material. In this paper, these two kinds of technology were combined, and an experimental system of the two technologies was set up. By utilizing the spectrum signal induced by laser, the spectrogram was drawn, then the chemical components and residual elements were analyzed; simultaneously, the ultrasonic signals induced by laser were used to attain the time-frequency diagram and the location information of artificial detects was calculated. The two technologies in information detection have realized complementation each other, and the integrated system is completely non-contact, providing an ideal detection method for micro and macro health monitoring of rail.
