基于FAHP-TOPSIS法的环渤海湾绿色港口评价研究

【摘要】 为了更好的评价港口的绿色发展状况,促进港口的绿色转型,从经济、社会、生态三个维度构建了绿色港口评价体系,将FAHP和TOPSIS两种方法相结合,分析了环渤海湾地区的青岛港、天津港、大连港等8个港口的绿色发展状况。研究结果表明,在绿色港口评价中,经济指标、社会指标和生态指标所占权重分别为0.235、0.337和0.428,说明大力发展绿色港口应首先从生态入手。8个港口的绿色绩效排名中,青岛港在绿色港口评价中处于最优状态。通过探讨港口发展中存在的问题,提出科学合理的发展策略。构建的指标和方法可用于评价其他港口,为其向绿色港口转型提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to better evaluate the green development status of the port and promote the green transformation of the port,the green port evaluation system is constructed from the three dimensions of economy,society and ecology.The combination of FAHP and TOPSIS methods is used to analyze the green development status of 8 ports including Qingdao Port,Tianjin Port and Dalian Port in the Bohai Bay area.The results show that the weights of economic indicators,social indicators and ecological indicators are 0.235,0.337 and 0.428,respectively,indicating that the first step to develop green ports should take ecology into account.The green performance rankings of the eight ports are obtained,and Qingdao Port ranks first in the evaluation of green ports.Through discussing the problems existing in port development,a scientific and reasonable development strategy is put forward.The indicators and methods constructed can be used to evaluate other ports,which can also provide reference for their transition to green ports.
