【摘要】 阐述了棉针织物褶皱产生的原因,分析了影响针织物褶皱程度的因素。针织物在实际使用过程中会受到各种不同方式和方向外力作用,导致针织物呈现不同特征的立体褶皱。选用三种纯棉针织物,综合评价其不同方向的褶皱性能。结果表明,由于纯棉汗布是单面结构,对其正面来讲,横向抗皱性较好,纵向较差;对其反面来讲,情况正好相反。纯棉罗纹布是双面结构,其正反面褶皱性差异较小,横向的抗皱性略大于纵向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The causes to the wrinkles of cotton knits were described and the affecting factors to the wrinkling degree were analyzed.In the actual use process,the knitted fabrics would be subjected to various external forces,resulting in the three-dimensional creases in different directions and different forms.Three kinds of pure cotton knit fabrics were selected to evaluate the wrinkle performance in different directions.The results showed that pure cotton jersey was a single-sided structure.For its front side,the horizontal wrinkle resistance was good and the longitudinal direction poor.On the reverse side,the opposite was true.The cotton rib fabric was a double-sided structure.The difference in wrinkle ability between the front and the back was small,and the lateral wrinkle resistance was slightly larger than the longitudinal direction on either side.更多还原
