马自达“SKYACTIV-X”发动机的技术分析
Technical Analysis of Mazda’s "SKYACTIV-X" Engine
【摘要】 分析了"SKYACTIV-X"发动机的超高压缩比及稀薄燃烧等相关技术,着重分析火花塞点火控制压燃点火技术,并阐述其带来的技术优势。最后提出在低温启动可靠性、辅助式机械增压器对油耗的影响、超高压缩比能否适应中国油品及压燃技术带来的震动噪声等方面可能存在的问题,为后期优化明确方向。
【Abstract】 The mainly analyzes the ultra-high compression ratio and lean combustion of SKYACTIV-X engine, andanalyzes the Spark Controlled Compression Ignition(SPCCI), and expounds its technical advantages. Finally, the reliabilityof low temperature start-up, the influence of auxiliary supercharger on fuel consumption, and the high compression ratiocan adapt to the possible problems of vibration and noise caused by Chinese fuel and compression ignition technology, andclear the direction for later optimization.
