基于SWOT-PEST模型的我国智能网联汽车产业竞争态势分析——以吉利集团为例
Analysis of Competitive Situation of China’s Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industry Based on SWOT-PEST Model——Taking Geely Group as an Example
【摘要】 在智慧出行时代下,智能网联汽车致力于解决未来大众的交通出行需求,构建人、车与环境的和谐生态关系。文章采用SWOT-PEST模型对吉利集团智能网联汽车产业竞争态势进行系统分析,总结了影响智能网联汽车产业发展的因素。从而得出我国智能网联汽车产业未来发展的方向,并从政府、社会、企业三个维度对国家智能网联汽车产业的发展提出建议。
【Abstract】 In the age of intelligent trip, Intelligent Connected Vehicle(ICV) is dedicated to solving the traffic demand in the future, and constructs the harmonious ecological relationship between human being, vehicle and environment. This paper used SWOT-PEST model to carry on the systematic analysis to the industrial competitive situation of Geely Group ICV, summed up the factors that affect the development of the ICV industry, and drew the future of ICV in China. At last, it put forward some suggestions on the development of ICV in China from three aspects, which including: government, society and company.
