【摘要】 [目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆开展高层次、高质量、高效率的专利信息服务提供参考。[方法/过程]从高校专利价值导向存在的实际问题出发,研究构建基于专利价值导向,依托多方服务资源、多种内容支撑,针对五大服务方向实现不同价值导向目标的高校图书馆专利信息服务体系。[结果/结论]该服务体系为推动高校知识产权战略的顺利实施、专利技术价值创造、专利价值实施和成果转移转化工作提供服务支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to provide references for carrying out patent information service with high level, high quality, and high efficiency. [Method/process] Focusing on practical problem analysis, the paper constructs the patent information service system of university libraries which relies on multi-party service resources and multiple supporting contents based on patent value orientation, in order to achieve different value oriented goals of five service orientation. [Result/conclusion] The service system provides service supports for the implementation of intellectual property strategy in universities, creation of patent technology value, realization of patent value, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.更多还原
