【摘要】 [目的/意义]为进一步完善公共图书馆法律体系提供参考。[方法/过程]梳理了我国公共图书馆法律制度供给的现状,阐释了《公共图书馆法》的历史贡献,深入分析了其不足之处,最后提出构建完整的公共图书馆法律体系的具体措施。[结果/结论]为在具体的执行层面深化法律规定,帮助《公共图书馆法》更好地实施,我国迫切需要制定一系列配套的相关法律、行政法规、地方法规、行政规章、地方规章、行政性规范性文件,通过它们的紧密衔接,构建完整的公共图书馆法律体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for further perfecting the legal system of public libraries.[Method/process]The paper teases out the status quo of the legal system supply of public libraries in China,explains the historical contribution of Public Libraries Law,deeply analyzes its shortcomings,and finally puts forward the concrete measures to construct a complete legal system of public libraries. [Result/conclusion]In order to deepen the laws and regulations at the specific implementation level and to help implement the Public Libraries Law better,China urgently needs to formulate a series of supporting relevant laws,administrative regulations,local regulations,administrative rules,local regulations and administrative normative documents,to build a complete legal system of public libraries by their close connection.更多还原
