【摘要】 [目的/意义]旨在获得石墨烯研究的知识基础、热点领域和研究前沿。[方法/过程]基于SCI-E和ESI高被引论文数据库,利用CiteSpaceⅤ软件,构建了石墨烯研究领域的文献共被引、共词共被引、突词网络、突词时区等一系列知识图谱,并对其进行深入解读。[结果/结论]分析获得11篇可代表石墨烯研究知识基础的关键节点文献;石墨烯研究热点正在由制备方法向性能研究发展,并延伸至应用领域;发现代表其研究前沿的正在兴起及突然涌现的新的制备方法、性能检测技术以及应用领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to obtain the knowledge foundation, hotspots and frontiers of graphene research.[Method/process] The paper uses SCI-E and ESI highly cited papers database, and CiteSpace Ⅴ software to construct a series of knowledge maps based on literatures’ co-citation, co-citation of co-words, network of burst terms, time zone of burst terms, and the maps are interpreted in depth and detail. [Result/conclusion] The analysis obtains 11 key node documents which can represent the knowledge foundation of graphene research. The research hotspots are developed from the preparation method to the properties, and extended to the application field. It finds out the rising and bursting new preparation methods, detecting techniques and application fields which can represent the research frontiers.更多还原
