【摘要】 [目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆开展决策支持服务提供参考。[方法/过程]聚焦图书馆决策支持服务的科研评价职能,在国家自然科学基金视阈下,建立了以基金成果论文相关指标为主、基金项目相关指标为辅,具有普适性的高校科研展现与评价分析框架;在此基础上,以三峡大学为例,运用信息计量和可视化分析等方法对该校2008—2017年间国家自然基金项目和基金论文进行了分析。[结果/结论]形成了集展现、评价及建议为一体的服务科研管理和学科建设的决策支持服务报告模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for university libraries to carry out the decision-making support service. [Method/process] The paper focuses on the function of scientific research evaluation of the decision-making support service in the university libraries, and establishes a universal framework of scientific research presentation and evaluation, with main indexes related to the fund achievement papers and auxiliary indexes related to the fund projects from the perspective of NSFC; on this basis, it takes China Three Gorges University as an example, and applies the methods of informetrics and visualized analysis to analyze NSFC projects and papers of the university during 2008—2017. [Result/conclusion] It forms a decision-making support service mode for the scientific research management and discipline construction, which integrates presentation, evaluation and suggestion.更多还原
