【摘要】 [目的/意义]旨在完善智能手机企业的隐私政策,更好地保护用户隐私。[方法/过程]选取国内外4家智能手机企业(苹果、三星、华为和OPPO),运用内容分析法从政策字数、显示位置和更新说明,信息的收集和存储,信息的使用、共享和传递3个方面比较企业的隐私政策。[结果/结论]各企业的隐私政策并不完善,主要存在内容不全面、用户权力无法体现等问题。提出隐私政策显示应全面、易查和友好,内容应完整且详实,应承担义务并尊重用户权力等完善企业隐私政策的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to improve privacy policy of smartphone enterprises and protect users’ privacy.[Method/process] The paper selects four smartphone enterprises(Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and OPPO) at home and abroad, uses content analysis to compare privacy policies from three aspects: the number of words, display position and update introduction; information collection and storage; and information usage, sharing and transfer. [Result/conclusion] It is found that the privacy policies of various enterprises are not perfect, such as incomplete content, and users’ right couldn’t be reflected. In response to these problems, it puts forwards corresponding improvement measures including the privacy policy display should be comprehensive, available and friendly, its content should be full and accurate, it should acknowledge obligations and respect users’ right.更多还原
