【摘要】 目的评价银杏叶滴丸联合降压药治疗原发性高血压的有效性。方法计算机检索Pubmed、EMbase、CBM、中国知网、维普和万方数据库中有关银杏叶滴丸与原发性高血压病的随机对照试验,检索时限均从建库至2019年4月30日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入5个随机对照试验共计804例患者。结果显示:与单纯服用降压药相比,银杏叶滴丸联合降压药治疗原发性高血压在改善总有效率(RR=1.45,95%CI:1.22～1.73)、临床症状(RR=0.25,95%CI:0.15～0.41)、血压(MD=-10.62,95%CI:-15.52～-5.72)、总胆固醇(MD=-1.13,95%CI:-1.32～-0.95)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(MD=-0.64,95%CI:-0.72～-0.55)、心肌凋亡的sDR4水平(MD=-2.00,95%CI:-2.19～-1.81)及sDR5水平(MD=-9.91,95%CI:-12.21～-7.61)、内皮功能(MD=-2.10,95%CI:-2.64～-1.56)、血管舒张(MD=-1.10,95%CI:-1.77～-0.43)方面均优于单纯服用降压药。结论当前证据表明银杏叶滴丸联合降压药治疗原发性高血压的有效性优于单纯服用降压药。受限于纳入研究的数量及质量,尚待更多更高质量的研究予以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Pubmed, EMbase, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wangfang databases were searched online to collect Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills and essential hypertension. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to 30 April 2019. Two researchers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias included in the study. Rev Man 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 5 RCTs involving 804 patients were included. The results showed that compared with taking antihypertensive drugs alone, Ginkgo biloba dropping pills combined with antihypertensive drugs can significantly improve the total effective rate(RR=1.45, 95%CI:1.22～1.73), clinical symptoms(RR=0.25, 95%CI:0.15～ 0.41), blood pressure(MD=-10.62, 95%CI:-15.52～-5.72), blood lipid(MD=-1.13, 95%CI:-1.32～-0.95), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(MD=-0.64, 95%CI:-0.72～-0.55), sDR4 level(MD=-2.00, 95%CI:-2.19～-1.81) and sDR5 level(MD=-9.91, 95%CI:-12.21～-7.61) of myocardial apoptosis, endothelial function(MD=-2.10, 95%CI:-2.64～-1.56), and vasodilation(MD=-1.10, 95%CI:-1.77～-0.43). Conclusions Current evidence shows that Ginkgo biloba dropping pills combined with antihypertensive drugs is superior to antihypertensive drugs alone for the treatment of essential hypertension. Due to limited quantity and quality of the included studies, more high quality studies are required to verify above conclusions.更多还原
