【摘要】 影响力是学术期刊生存和发展的根本。当前,受新媒体融合发展的冲击,学术期刊的生存发展面临巨大的压力,要想获得长久的发展,首先要关注的就是提升其影响力。在媒体融合背景下,学术期刊应积极建设影响力提升机制:在内容上,积极邀约高质量稿件,打造优势特色栏目,开辟学术争鸣与讨论栏目,提高期刊的学术水平,推动学科的良性发展;在传播途径上,重视学术期刊网站建设,建设以微信、微博为代表的社交媒体平台,实现学术期刊的OA出版,加入更多的数据库和学术搜索引擎,使科研成果被广泛传播和利用;在人才培养上,争取相关政策支持,打造一支专业背景深厚、业务能力过硬、擅长市场运作、熟悉新媒体技术的复合型编辑人才队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of an academic journal is fundamental to its development,which is under challenge posed by the integration of new media. To achieve long-term development,academic journals in universities must first focus on enhancing the influence. This paper discusses the mechanism of the improvement of influence of academic journals in the context of media integration and suggests that efforts be made in paper quality and content upgrading,online media and publication platform construction,and editing personnel training. Feature columns on specialized fields and columns of academic opinion exchange will contribute to the paper quality and content upgrading. Academic journal websites,social media platforms like Wechat and Microblog,Open Access(OA) publishing of academic journals all will spread the scientific research results more widely. In such context,it is necessary to cultivate a team of editing personnel with a good command of new media publishing technologies besides professional background,editing ability,and operational competence.更多还原
