【摘要】 阐述提升高校青年干部执行力是落实新时代高校全面从严治党的迫切要求,是推进新时代高校事业发展的重要保障,是新时代高校青年干部培养工作的重要内容。通过调查发现,当前高校青年干部执行力存在主动服务意识不强、执行能力不高、执行环境不优等问题。提出进一步提升新时代高校青年干部执行力的对策:加强思想引领,突出正向激励;加强教育培训,突出内容手段创新;加强执行文化建设,突出考核监督。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enhancing execution power among young cadres of colleges and universities is an important element of party building in the new era. It helps to promote the development of colleges and universities. It is an urgent demand on the implementation of enforcing strict Party discipline. Through the survey,it noticed the problems such as low awareness of service,lack of coordination capacity,poor implementation environment do exist. In this paper,some measures helping to enhance execution power are put forward. For example,strengthening ideological education to highlight forward direction,improving education and training especially the innovation in contents; concentrating on the construction of execution culture as well as highlighting assessment supervision.更多还原
