【摘要】 目的观察齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选择医院2016年4月-2017年6月收治的精神分裂症患者94例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各47例。研究组采取齐拉西酮治疗,对照组采取利培酮治疗。比较2组治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后2组PANSS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能及生活功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.38%低于对照组的19.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.322,P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮精神分裂症效果较好,可促进相关症状消退,减少不良反应,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 94 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,each of 47 cases.The study group was treated with ziprasidone and the control group was treated with risperidone.The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) scores,quality of life scores,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups were lower than before the treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the social function,psychological function,physical function and life function scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.38% lower than 19.15% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.322,P<0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone can increase the therapeutic effect,relieve the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions,and improve the clinical safety and quality of life.更多还原
