【摘要】 目的观察血管介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的效果。方法选取2016年7月-2017年8月医院收治的股骨头缺血性坏死患者82例,依据治疗方法不同分为治疗组42例与对照组40例,治疗组行血管介入治疗,对照组行钻孔减压术治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为85.71%高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者Harris评分、关节活动度、疼痛程度、行走距离及生活能力评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死效果好,可有效恢复患者髋关节功能,改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of vascular intervention on avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods 82 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were selected,and they were divided into treatment group(42 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods,the treatment group received vascular intervention for related treatment,the control group underwent decompression surgery,the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(85.71%)was higher than that of the control group(67.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris score,joint activity,pain degree,walking distance and life ability score of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vascular intervention for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head is effective,and it can effectively restore the hip joint function of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
