【摘要】 目的观察厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤加味联合艾灸治疗功能性消化不良的有效性。方法将100例功能性消化不良患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予以艾灸治疗,观察组予以厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤加减联合艾灸治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果与治疗前后的临床症状评分变化。结果观察组治愈率、总有效率为78. 00%、98. 00%,高于对照组的34. 00%、52. 00%(P均<0. 01);治疗后,2组腕胁胀痛、嗳气、泛酸、胃烧灼感评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组各项症状评分均低于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤加减联合艾灸能够有效提高功能性消化不良患者的治愈率,具有较高的临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Magnolia officinalis,Ginger,Pinellia ternata,Licorice and Ginseng Decoction combined with moxa-moxibustion in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group only received moxibustion treatment,while the observation group added Modified Magnolia officinalis,Ginger,Pinellia ternata,Licorice and Ginseng Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect and the change of clinical symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 78. 00% and 98. 00% respectively,which were higher than those of the control group( 34. 00% and 52. 00%,respectively)( P < 0. 01). After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 01).
