【摘要】 目的探讨关节镜下膝关节清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取河北工程大学附属医院2014年7月—2017年1月住院收治的膝骨关节炎患者50例为试验组,另选取本院同期门诊收治的膝骨关节炎患者50例为对照组。试验组患者采用关节镜下膝关节清理术联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组患者采用单纯玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗。随访6个月,比较两组患者的日常生活能力评分、治疗前后膝关节Lysholm评分、主观问卷评分优良率及满意度,并观察两组患者并发症和不良反应发生情况。结果两组日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组膝关节Lysholm评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组主观问卷评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重并发症和不良反应情况。结论关节镜下膝关节清理术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果确切,其可更有效改善患者的临床症状,提高日常生活能力及治疗满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The discuss the clinical effect of knee joint debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from July 2014 to January 2017 in Affliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering as test group,50 cases of knee osteoarthritis treated at the same time in our hospital were selected as control group.The test group was treated with arthroscopic knee debridement combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,the control group was treated by intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate alone.Followed-up for 6 months,the activity of daily living score,knee joint Lysholm score before and after treatment,subjective questionnaire score,excellent and good rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications and adverse reactions were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the activity of daily living score between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the test group of Lysholm score was higher than control group(P<0 05).The test group of excellent and good rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).The test group of satisfaction was higher than control group(P<0.05).No incidence of complications and adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Knee joint debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate are more effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the ability of daily living and patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
