【摘要】 目的观察外用派特灵治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法选取靶皮疹,洁尔洗液清洗疣体及其周围皮肤后用派特灵原液处理,2次/d,连续使用3天,然后4天使用沙棘籽油修复皮肤为1个疗程。(1~4)个疗程疣体脱落后为清除亚临床感染病毒,再用(3~5)个疗程。经醋酸白试验为阴性后用1∶50倍的派特灵稀释液清洗(60~90)次,1次/d,清除潜伏病毒,过程中定期随访并进行疗效评定。结果 53例治愈,治愈率为96.36%,复发率为3.64%。结论派特灵治疗尖锐湿疣副作用少,疗效好,值得在临床治疗中进一步推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external applied PAITELING in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Selecting the target lesion, then applied the PAITELING 1~2 times a day for 3 days after cleaning verruca and surrounding by using JIEER wash solution. After that, using sea buckthorn seed oil for 4 days to repair the skin. This was the end of one course. Then using PAITELING again for three to five courses to clear the subclinically infected virus, after the verruca dropped out in one to four courses. Regular follow-up and efficacy evaluation were performed during the courses. Results 53 cases were curative,the clearance rate is 96.36%,the recurrence rate is 3.64%. Conclusion PAITELING can treat condyloma acuminatum with the advantages of safety and effectiveness, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
