益生菌辅助治疗儿童过敏性哮喘的疗效

【摘要】 目的探讨益生菌辅助治疗儿童过敏性哮喘的疗效以及对雷暴哮喘的预防效果。方法纳入在2018年蒿花粉季节曾出现雷暴哮喘发作的31例蒿花粉过敏性鼻结膜炎伴哮喘儿童患者,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予标准鼻结膜炎及哮喘治疗,观察组在此基础上给予益生菌辅助治疗,比较两组儿童哮喘控制测试量表评分(childhood asthma control,c-ACT)。观察组每日记录鼻结膜及哮喘症状、峰流速值,比较雷雨天气与其他天气以上指标有无变化。结果在蒿花粉季节,观察组患者c-ACT评分中位值(P25, P75)为23分(21分,25分),对照组为21分(19分,22分),观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者雷雨天气时鼻结膜及哮喘症状、峰流速值较花粉季节内其他天气无明显变化。结论益生菌辅助治疗可能有益于儿童花粉过敏性哮喘的控制,且花粉季节内给予标准治疗联合益生菌辅助有益于降低雷暴哮喘的发生风险。

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of probiotics as adjutant therapy for children with allergic asthma and the potential preventive effects of combination of standardized pharmacotherapy and probiotics for thunderstorm asthma. Methods Thirty-one children with Artemisia pollen induced allergic rhinoconjunctivitis and asthma that experienced thunderstorm asthma attack in 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into standardized pharmacotherapy of allergic rhinitis and asthma(control) or standardized pharmacotherapy plus probiotics(observation) group. The asthma control test score(c-ACT) was compared between two groups. Daily rhinoconjunctivitis symptom score, asthma symptom score, and peak expiratory flow(PEF) were recorded among children in observation group. Results During the Artemisia pollen season, the median(P25, P75) of c-ACT in observation group is 23(21, 25), which is higher than that in control group as 21(19, 22). There was no significant difference between the thunderstorm and the other period during pollen season in terms of rhinocojunctivitis score, asthmatic symptom score, and PEF in observation group. ConclusionsProbiotics supplement may benefit to the control of allergic asthma. A combination of standardized pharmacotherapy for allergic rhinitis and asthma and probiotics is helpful to reduce the risk of thunderstorm asthma attacks.
