【摘要】 目的:了解某院与抗肿瘤相关的中药注射剂使用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:统计该院2015～2017年抗肿瘤中药注射剂的使用量、使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及排序比(B/A)等,并对相关药品说明书和药品不良反应(ADR)报告进行分析。结果:香菇多糖注射液、复方苦参注射液、鸦胆子油乳注射液DDDs位居前三;生脉注射液使用量逐年减少,其他逐年增加。不良反应以过敏反应为主;药品说明书描述信息不全面。结论:抗肿瘤中药注射剂在该院使用量逐年增加,用药基本合理;药师应将使用情况及时通报给临床,促进临床合理使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the situation in the use of a hospital anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injection,so as to provide references for rational use in the clinic. Methods:The utilization of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injection in this hospital during 2015～2017 was analyzed statistically in respect of usage amount,consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and order ratio.The related drug instruction and adverse drug reaction(ADR) reports were analyzed. Results:DDDs of lentinan injection,compound Kushen injection,Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection ranked first three; Shengmai injection use decreased year by year,the other injection consumption increases year by year. Adverse reactions to allergic reactions; drug instructions describe information is not comprehensive enough to guide physicians in the rational use of drugs. Conclusions:Anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections in the hospital use has increased year by year,rational drug use; pharmacists should use analysis and timely notification to the clinical,to promote the rational clinical use.更多还原
