不同相对分子质量和磺化度木质素磺酸钠分散剂对农药干悬浮剂性能的影响

【摘要】 [目的]考察木质素磺酸钠的相对分子质量、磺化度对制备干悬浮剂(DF)的影响。[方法]以9种木钠分散剂制备了60%吡唑·代森锌DF,并对其性能进行了测定。[结果] REAX 100M降黏效果最好;以REAX 80D制备的DF制剂的性能突出;使用EDF-450研磨后再加入POLYFON H制备的DF制剂性能较好。[结论]低分子量、高磺化度的木钠分散剂助磨效果好;高分子量、低磺化度的木钠分散剂耐高温性能好;在砂磨后加入低磺化度木钠可以提高体系的耐高温性能。

【Abstract】 [Aims] To evaluate the effect of relative molecular weight and sulfonation degree of sodium lignosulfonate(SL)on the preparation of dry flowable(DF). [Methods] The pyraclostrobin·zineb 60% DF were prepared with 9 different SL as dispersant, and the performance of DF was characterized. [Results] REAX 100 M was excellent in the capability of thinning, the DF prepared with REAX 80 D had the best performance, SC prepared with EDF-450 as dispersant, then add the POLYFON H to spray drying, DF prepared by this process was better overall performance. [Conclusions] SL with low molecular weight, high sulfonation degree exhibited a relatively better grinding effect. SL with high molecular weight, low sulfonation degree exhibited strongly resistant to high temperature, the addition of SL with low sulfonation degree after sanding can improve the high temperature resistance.
